
The Association of Futures Markets (AFM) is a not-for-profit association established in 1998 in Buenos Aires by 10 founding members. The prime objective of the Association is to promote and encourage the establishment of new derivative and related markets and to organize international conferences in order to promote communication between member organizations, to strengthen their relationship and to transfer information and experience among them.

ACI Singapore The Financial Markets Association (formerly known as the Forex Association of Singapore) is the standard bearer for financial markets' professionals in Singapore. The Association was formed in 1973 and its history has been inextricably linked to Singapores emergence as a leading financial centre in the world.
ACI Singapore is affiliated to ACI - The Financial Markets Association, the global umbrella body of financial markets associations. This Paris-based body, founded as Association Cambiste Internationale, has more than 13,000 international members worldwide in more than 60 countries, making it the largest international association in the wholesale financial markets. It was founded in France in 1955 following an agreement between foreign exchange dealers in Paris and London.
ACI Singapore is an active participant in the ACI Global arena with Standing Committee Members elected to both the ACI Committee for Professionalism (which administers the Financial Markets Model Code of Conduct) as well as the ACI Board of Education. Since the end of 2009, ACI Singapore, in partnership with the Singapore Management University, has developed a Financial Markets training roadmap for Treasury Markets professionals in the front, middle and back offices. This underpins the Associations commitment to the continuing education and professional development of our members and the industry.
